Service Center Operator- Meeting Book -

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative management of the service center.
Guide and assist FMs in service area development and customer acquisition efforts.
Create and maintain a vendor database, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with vendors.
Supervise, mentor, and support Field Managers in their daily tasks.
Perform fund distribution, collection, and financial transactions with prior approval from FARMATO.
Conduct requirements analysis, identify customer needs, and generate sales of machinery and technology solutions.
Prepare and submit reports as per the standard reporting format and deadlines provided by the company.
Organize workshops and conduct surveys in alignment with FARMATO’s operational framework.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Create Farmar List of selected area and aquair customer
Create customer profile with necessary information and ensure order conformation
Supervise and ensure smooth delivery of services to the customer according to execution plan.
Supervise and ensure collection of return.
Prepare and deliver report as per provided guideline.
Carry out data collection activity for surveys.
Organize workshops.
Assist service center as per requirement.

Investment Part

Upon activation, you will receive a confirmation email containing a term sheet and transaction details.
Deposit the amount you want to invest using the details.
Reply to the confirmation email with:
- – Screenshot of transaction compilation
- – Picture of the deposit slip
Farmato will verify your deposit status with the bank.
You will receive your Investment Activation email within 7 working days, and you will receive an activation email.

Return Part

Receive project update email/WhatsApp/Text.
Farmato will email and call you to confirm your bank details.
You will receive an investment settlement letter after the disbursement of your return.
